My stay at the hotel had both highs and lows. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the ski lift and restaurants, and the room had a nice kitchen, which was convenient. However, I had a frustrating experience with the staff's customer service, which was disappointing given the overall appeal of the place. While the value for money was decent, the service really impacted my experience.

Our stay started off rough when we realized we were treated differently since we booked through Expedia. The location is fantastic, and our unit was really clean and comfortable. However, the service left much to be desired, as we struggled to get basic amenities throughout our three-night stay. While the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, it's frustrating that some basic essentials seemed to depend on the property management’s response.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable due to the well-furnished room and the perfect location for skiing. The amenities made it convenient for us, especially the nearby restaurants and shops. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in the condition of the rooms and the front desk service could use improvement. Still, the month we spent there was filled with fun!
